Archbishop Antonio Chedraoui

The Hogar Rafael Ayau Orphanage is under the responsibility of the Catholic Apostolic Orthodox Antiochian Church of Guatemala. 

The Church of Antioch is one of the Oriental Churches belonging to the five original sister churches of Jerusalem, Antioch, Rome, Alexandria, and Constantinople.

The Church of Antioch founded by St. Peter and St. Paul, is part of the Universal Catholic Church. She has given to the world innumerable martyrs, fathers of the Church, theologians and liturgists and has maintained the faith and the Liturgy of the origins. It is there where the followers of Christ were called "Christians" for the first time. 

She is subject to the highest authority of the Universal Church wich is the Ecumenical Council and is presently under the guidance of His Beatitude, Patriarch Ignatius IV. She loves and respects all the Sister Churches and their respective Patriarchs.

The Antiochian Church in Guatemala is under the jurisdiction of Metropolitan Antonio Chedraoui, Archbishop for Mexico, Central America, the Caribean Islands and Venezuela.
